In systemic coaching, I mainly support you methodically. We use a wide variety of tools, interventions, techniques and models. Assuming that you are the best expert for yourself and your concerns, we develop your personal goal and find resources that are useful to you in the implementation and target achievement.
Leadership Training
You are a manager or want to prepare for this career step. Great! We develop your authentic leadership style based on your skills and abilities, prepare you for typical situations in everyday management or work on how to deal with challenging situation e.g. with employees or superiors in sparring sessions.
Spiritual Care
As part of the 'mindfulness-based spiritual care', we illuminate your concerns based on the Christian faith and value system. We include God's reality in finding solutions. If you want, we also use faith-related resources such as prayer, blessing, or biblical texts.
