As a coach and change manager, I work with my clients using different methods on an equal footing to find solutions and implementation.
Changes are an important part of my permanent development. These enrich my life and make it interesting and varied for me. Even if some of these changes have painful side effects, as a rule they are important for a healthy personality development.
As a husband, father and constantly growing with more than 30 years of experience in various leadership positions, I have experienced many such change processes myself or accompanying employees and clients. My professional job challenges me every day and ensures a healthy "grounding" and practical relevance in the coaching process.
